Salomon carries two centuries of family heritage in high jewellery. His Morrocan roots infuse our Maison with inspiration, while his global luxury perspective ensures an affinity for flawless style and opulent design. With unmatched business acumen and a lifestyle that reflects the value of Mason Gemier, Salomon guides the brand with vision and elegance.

Art and Image Director
A master of elegance and a visionary in the world of luxury; Marco Ferra has built an illustrious career as a fashion and image consultant for prestigious global brands- including Brunello Cucinelli.
With a rare talent for translating brand DNA into timeless style, he curates refined visual worlds where artistry meets exclusivity As a trusted stylist to distinguished Royal Families and a consultant for the Middle East luxury market, Marco brings cultural insight, impeccable taste, and a balance of creative audacity with discretion at the highest levels of refinement.
Thomas Flitsch
Founder/ Chief Creative Director
Chief creative director Thomas Flitsch brings over a century of family heritage in fine jewellery trading and manufacturing to Maison Gemier, as well as forty years’ first-hand experience in jewellery creation. A lifetime of expertise has resulted in profound knowledge and insight into fine jewellery, and this - coupled with an unbridled creative energy and an entrepreneurial drive - has helped place Maison Gemier as a new vision in the exclusive and luxury sector. Thomas’ experience has crossed continents throughout his professional career; with positions held in his native Germany as well as Thailand, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Miami and Dubai, his global outlook and leadership ability steers our Maison to exciting new heights of excellence.
